At F² Consulting Group, we strive to deliver high-quality digital tools, assessments, and training services that meet your expectations. Because our digital products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded or accessed upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or materially not as described.
Assessment and Training Services:
For scheduled assessments or training/workshops, you may request cancellations or rescheduling up to 72 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, and sessions already performed are non-refundable. Approved refunds for assessment and training services will be issued at our discretion.
Refund Timing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to be returned to your account.
